  The best thing about Victory Workspace is have a quite place to work when the house is too noisy. The new space is beautiful and functional with lots of outlets and comfortable desks and lounge areas. I have the Community Bronze package along with after-hours access and it is a perfect fit as I usually work in the office during the day but occasionally need to have daytime access. At night I come in and enjoy the beautiful space almost always to myself when I need to study or catch up on work. Victory Workspace is a very business like location, without the chaos created in some co-working spaces by the attempt to be trendy.

• Review of "Palmer School For Boys & Girls" at Walnut Creek

  I have two boys in Palmer and have had an excellent experience. We looked at all the top schools in the area and chose Palmer for the academic excellence. However, when we moved earlier this year, we decided to stay with Palmer for the community. One of the real advantages is the onsite music program and the onsite scouting programs for boys and girls. I have personal experience with how well Mr. Sam and Mr. Lance have handled would-be bullies, turned around social anxiety and managed a situation where a child needed to transition back to the previous grade. I have heard criticisms that some of the buildings are older, and that is true. This school has been around for over 50 years and I like the historical buildings on campus because they give everything a sense of continuity that the children feel, especially since Mr. Sam and Mr. Lance are the grandchildren of the founders. It is a special place.

  Chris recently helped us to sell an investment property. Because I was away on assignment and only available during odd hours, we thought that this would be a challenging task. Chris was accommodating with his availability and kept us abreast and well informed throughout the whole process. His attention to open communication is highly appreciated. What's more, through his real estate knowledge and marketing expertise, Chris strategically scheduled a one day open house which pulled in twelve written offers. We closed the deal within 8 days of the property being on the market and got well over our asking price.   The kids at LL are so kind and mature. When I was going through a rough patch in life, they all were very supportive and kind. I want to work here when I grow up. The teachers are very supportive of everybody even me as a trans and pansexual person. The whole school is very diverse in race, religion, sexuality and ethnicity but they are all so nice.
