  I signed up for a banking account and we had an agreement that there would be no fees for three months. One month after I set up the account I got hit with a $20 maintenance fee. I went in the bank and the first teller told me that this is standard, I stood my ground and a manager told me that they made a mistake and should not have charged me. Furthermore, upon setting up my account I was told there would be a mobile banking app. However, once I had the account I was told there was no mobile banking app for business accounts, I called in to confirm and the phone tech guy told me that businesses don't get mobile banking app. When I was closing my account due to maintenance fee I pointed out that I was also misinformed about the mobile banking app, and I was told that there's a way to get businesses on mobile. One company, three different people, three different departments, and three conflicting stories. Anyway, I think that banks should be responsible and organized. I was looking for a bank that I could trust, unfortunately CNB decided to begin robbing me during the first month and in violation of their own agreement with me. City National Bank has wasted my time, broke their own agreement, and were unable to provide consistent information across different departments. Banks showing this level of incompetence should not be trusted with your money.
